he was still a small baby when i first held him. he still is though, just a level up. taller, bigger, heavier than before. still very adorable to my eyes. it amazes me so much seeing kids grow. its so fascinating how physically they get bigger, and stronger, some chirpier, and this one friendlier than ever. not many babies are like this. he's a toddler now. belongs to one of the postgrads here, the mother wanted to perform witr, so she passed him around - full confidence that her son will not be taken away, this young man ended up on my lap, happily sucking his thumb.
i was gonna type something, but unfortunately its 1am, and i've had a very long day, so i'll get to this the next time i feel like it.
this part of the story interests me. this phase, is much calmer now. alhamdulillah, its always the littlest of things that gets to you. learn to start appreciating the small things in life, and the bigger ones will come sweeping you off your feet :) especially when you least expect it to.
