got called into work last minute today. right after orientation lecture for auditing, i rushed to work and got straight into it. but seriously, who does a lecture a week before the semester starts ? well, meet phsj. he does. and as much as i could decipher today, the next 5 months will be a packed one. tests, assignments, final exam dates up. cant help but to feel forced into the mood already.
macro results were out today. alhamdulillah, way way better than expected. but no way am i going to pull off a last minute ever again. well i say that every time, but this last sprint ? this is no joke. this requires extra pre-semester preparation which, must go hand in hand with a conducive environment, a comfy, cozy bedroom , with, my favorite cute calendar on my wall.
cute calendar- most important.
a forgetful person like myself must never sleep in a room without it. waking up and be reminded of important dates up for the week/month. its cute !

i probably have not mentioned it yet, but the younger king is in Ade with me, furthering his studies. it feels so great having him around, though most of his time is spent by annoying me to the max, but its definitely a different kind of energy im getting.
my brother is a clean freak and organizes well. like dad, he's kitchen friendly, which is what i love most about the men in my house. he's currently making his famous lemon cheesecake and a new experiment - oreo cheesecake as i'm typing.
took this little king to one of my favorite shop, kikki.k in rundle mall. where i normally buy my diaries/calendar.
had a miscommunication with the sales lady, who mistaken my description of the calendar i wanted. she said what i wanted was out of stock, and called another branch of theirs at david jones for me to check if they had it there. 'its our bestseller,' she said, ' you're lucky, we only have one left, i told her to reserve it for you,' so i went straight to david jones to get it.
when i reached david jones, it happened to be the foldable-yearly-wall-calendar, not what i was looking for, so i described what it looked like to the sales lady over at david jones. spent a good half minute just describing it, ' it had pretty pictures of butterflies, its a monthly calendar, its half the size of this yearly calendar, and it had big boxes on every dates, so theres plenty i could normally fill in,'
she looked confused at first, but finally got what i meant, and said she had none in stock at hers. she called the sales lady at rundle mall branch again, and found out that they had them over there instead. i said my thanks and made my way back to the shop i initially went in the first place.

now to get them grades please !
