someone you used to know ;

perhaps there were better days that made her sway.

to change the world, she changes her mindset. to make things work she chooses wisely. to put things in a strategic manner, she selects her cards properly.

but none of that promises certainty.

lesson 386 : certainty cannot be measured. not by the number of years, not by the number of days.

if she takes 7 steps back. she will see herself again. 7 years ago, she had a dream. 7 years ago, the world revolved around her, or at least she thought it did. 7 years ago, she was naive.

fast forward 7 years later, she's living her dreams. realizing that, well okay, maybe things weren't what she once thought they would be.

naive still ? maybe.

because somewhere between those 7 years back, someone told her never to let the past change her. not to turn bitter, not to kill the baggage of hope she had.

and so she didn't.

even if it made her fall.

and she wonders if it will all be worth it.
