they used to tell me how its important to have a routine.

you're kidding me - right ? babies aint followin' no ones routine, they have their own - and God how it was so challenging at first learning his cues. I must say after a while I got used to it. he is, still, very much sleeping most of the time. he wakes up once in a while to flash me his cute smile. this week has been all vocal chords testing. squeaks that slowly turns into screams. frequent eye movements following me around the room. little but good progress Alhamdulillah.
he has this thing now when he starts crying, he'll start shouting so loudly you could almost hear his voice drying up from the loud cries. I panicked once, and quickly grabbed him to soothe him down. not even 2 seconds of grabbing him, he looked at me and gave me this cheeky grin. great. you have me by your fingers now don't you my little one :)
we miss Abah quite terribly and am very keen on meeting him in a weeks time in shaa Allah. we've also decided to let go of our current townhouse and found a really nice family house to move into next month. I can't wait to see you grow Hamza.
the current world scares me quite a lot, mostly filled with people satisfying their own greed for power and wealth. but in shaa Allah my love, you won't be that. may you be far from turning into one of them, and be amongst those Allah protects and shields from the lies of this dunya.
