You're better than the best,

Well hello lovely people. Its been a while since I last posted up photos. So to just make things clear, I've been caught up with pre-departure issues that needed attention. That explains the silence. Also because I wanted to take my mind off things, as G is in a land far far away at the moment, hence, that meant, keep busy. The busier I get, the faster time flies. Yes, indeed, so true.

And so I decided to join my last ( hopefully not the VERY last ) competition til I come back. PCP Opening Ceremony, where they held a competition for Novice. After much thinking and persuasion, I signed up, and had the most awesome day ever.

It was close to 10am in the morning. As usual, they told us it would start at 9am, but being Malaysians, we started close to 11am. A great weather it was, though the sun was shining ever so beautifully, the heat was oh-too-hot for us to handle. Meet pretty boy, Afif on the right. And Rauf on the left, trying to hide behind the post to get some shade.

About one week before the competition, when I finally decided to join, this tall dude stepped up to train me with the short time given. Normally known as Al-Hakym Henskem, preferably known now as Alza. Because it combines our names together. Al + Za. Sweet? Yes, I know. A week of training with him was worth it. Tears and aches all paid off when I managed to qualify til the final round.

Isolation area. Zoe and pretty boy were nervous, so they fooled around. I was busy reading the route given. Oh them butterflies were gy-normous flying inside me. But I have to say, the qualifying route was pretty alright.

Just minutes away til my turn. The lady next to me, her name is Sedonna. I am so in love with her name. Just being random.

So I managed my way to semi-finals, and finals. But lost right at the finals, route was tough, and I was already tired. I had so much fun, and the competition was a blast. It may be my last but I hope not. I'll miss each and every one of them.

Now my head is spinning, I need to sleep more.
