will you, want to, be the one I'll always know?

The 'weather' has been rather gloomy lately, if you noticed. Being the person that I am, I'd always allow myself to sink in. Some would rather choose to be the opposite. Either way, well. Anything that makes us happy.

You know a great day is ahead of you when you wake up to the sound of your mother's voice, yelling about God-knows-what, with the extra sound effects of pots and kettles. In this house, that's our wake up call. You dont want to mess with the queen fully equipt with her pots and kettles. Classic, I might say. But I smiled to the sound of that. So okay, let me rephrase myself.

You know  a great day is ahead of you when you wake up with a smile on your face.

There's just something about familiarity that gets things going. Sometimes being in the comfort zone for too long destroys the whole point of trying to be independent. Sometimes, being away from that zone makes our skin thicker, too thick for the bones to handle. Funny isn't it? How too much of just anything at all makes everything wrong. Balancing things, for me, is the toughest thing to execute in life.

I guess that's the sole reason why when it comes to 'life', you can meet thousands of people with different definitions to it. Its too subjective, too broad for one to handle, I guess. Out of all the wordings, sayings I've bumped into, nothing sticks stronger than these simple combination of words when it comes to the definition of life,

" its what you make it to be,"

I, am one of those, who falls under the category of being spoilt by familiarity. To make life to what I want it to be, is easier said than done. And, probably because of that, I choose to sink in to the weather, to the surroundings, rather than to go against it.

But there was something about today that changed my perspective towards this. Probably because of that girl in the picture, who made friends with Gonjeng in 3 seconds, and oh boy I have no idea how to explain the relativity to this, but walking around the neighbourhood with them today changed everything.

Sometimes, I guess you just need to let people suprise you with their presence.

Sometimes, you just need to learn to be brave enough to let go.
