yes, no?

Im wearing that smile once again.

But as they all say, happiness is fleeting.
I wont lie and say that im not nervous on degree starting soon.
The challenge, that long overdue vision i once had in me, all will finally be set upon me.
To actually tune myself once again in that studying mode that ive been missing, yearning for, is now starting to creep me out.
Funny how contradicting i sound like right now.

2 weeks.

Two weeks is all i have to redeem myself from 6 months of hectic working life,
6 months of no nonsense, no hanging around, no serious shopping, no relaxing.
I'll make sure i use up my two weeks to my satisfaction.
And i've already decided on going for an escape :)

Ive got my paycheck,
my very last paycheck,
more reasons to make a HUGE injection into the economy.

On my last day of work, i made a bold move and met the CEO of the company i was working with. Throughout my 6 months of working there, i bumped into him quite a few times, but i wasnt significant enough for him to really look at me or get any reply from my greetings to him.
But that all changed on my last day.

Walked into his room, and said my thanks for the opportunity given to me. I finally gave him all the reasons to finally look at me properly if not respectably, i finally earned his smile and his reply to my appreciation. And it felt great.

He walked out of his office with me to my department while asking how long my degree would take, he glanced around and asked,
' So who will be replacing her? '
' These two sir, ' replied one of my colleagues, pointing to two new members of our team.
' Aha! So it takes two to replace this 'one' ? ' he smiled.
I beamed as he said his final words to me,
" All the best to you, and whenever you feel like coming back, you are always welcomed "

Nothing beats that kind of happiness.
